When you talk about amazing looking games for mobiles, you will almost assuredly come across Infinity Blade II, considered by many to be the best looking mobile game today. IBII has an intriguing story about rebirth that takes fantasy tropes and turns them on their heads. It is also a title that has been built with complete focus on touch screen controls and therefore is as fun to play as it is amazing to look at.

The original Infinity Blade for iOS was a game that introduced HD mobile gaming to the masses and Glu Games can’t really be blamed for wanting to give its take on that formula. As a result, Blood & Glory: Legend plays very similarly to Infinity Blade and requires well-timed swipes to win in combat. The game looks amazing and unlike Infinity Blade is actually quite colourful (although most of the colour is red from all the battles you fight).

Wild Blood is a third-person fantasy game with a twisted take on Arthurian legend. in the game’s universe, Arthur has gone mad after learning of the affair between his queen, Guinevere and his top knight, Lancelot, and unleashed evil witch Morgan on the world. You have to fight as against dozens of monsters as Lancelot in order to free the world from evil. Although the game’s story relies heavily on fantasy cliches, it’s still amazing to see how good the action looks. The game’s environments are huge and the variety in both monsters and environments makes this game worth playing.

The N.O.V.A. series games is often unfavourably (and unfairly) compared with the Halo series of games. Yes, it does look and play similarly to the venerated console game but in its third outing, N.O.V.A. does enough to be rated separately as a title worth downloading to your phone. N.O.V.A. 3, like its predecessors is a first person shooter set in a sci-fi universe built with many stunning environments. You have to play the game to see how stunning it really looks and you might even enjoy blowing up everything that gets in your way.
