The OnePlus 3T is a slight upgrade to the OnePlus 3, which was launched in June this year. It comes in two variants, a 64GB version priced at Rs. 29,999, and a 128GB version, which costs Rs. 34,999.
The OnePlus 3T has a Snapdragon 821 SoC, with 6GB of RAM. According to Qualcomm, this SoC is 10% faster than the Snapdragon 820, but OnePlus says it gives the OnePlus 3T 48% faster load times for heavy games, than the OnePlus 3.
The OnePlus 3T also has a 16PM front camera, with a Samsung sensor and f/2.0 aperture. The focus is fixed on this one, and it does as good a job as any, on first impressions. Images are softened, but not overly so.
Design-wise, the OnePlus 3T is identical to the OnePlus 3. It has the alert slider on the left, and other buttons on the right. The phone will be available in Gunmetal Grey (image here) colour initially, but OnePlus will sell the Soft Gold version eventually.
Incidentally, it is also starting with the 64GB version only, at Rs. 29,999. It'll then bring the Soft Gold variant, presumably with 128GB storage.
The battery on the OnePlus 3T is a high-density 3400 mAh unit, which is bigger than the original. According to OnePlus, it lasts for about two hours more than the OnePlus 3. And yes, it does support Dash Charging.
