Motorola finally announced an updated version of its mid-range smartphone the Moto X. Here is a first look at the new device which will be available later this month in India.
The new Moto X is definitely larger and will be available with the wood back finish as well.
The back houses a new 13MP unit with a ring-flash having two LEDs. There is also a rubberised Motorola logo which was rumoured to act as a functional key, sadly the rumours were proven wrong.
The top has a metallic finish and you can also find the 3.5mm audio jack and the nano SIM card slot.
Motorola has managed to reduce the thickness and weight of the smartphone even after cramming in a larger display. The hardware keys and the detail to finish is exceptionally good.
Compared to the first gen Moto X, the new smartphone is wider but slimmer, lighter and meaner.
The new Moto X comes with a 5.2-inch AMOLED full HD display which is a good update and looks crisp and vivid.
