IFA is about to start and various companies across the globe are eagerly waiting to showcase their products. Here is a list of most awaited tech that will announced at IFA this week.
Samsung Note 4
The Samsung Galaxy Note series is one the most successful phone series for Samsung and Samsung has launched the newest iteration, Note 4 at IFA today. The Note 4 boasts of a 5.7inch 2K Super Amoled display. It is powered by Samsung’s new quad-core Exynos 5433 SoC clocked at 1.3GHz. With 4GB RAM onboard, multi-tasking on this device should be a breeze. A 16MP camera is at the back and a 3.7MP front-facing shooter will be available for your camera needs.
Sony Xperia Z3, Z3 compact and Z3 tablet compact
Sony will be making some big announcements with their latest flagships Xperia Z3. Alongside the Z3, Sony will also be announcing their Z3 compact and Z3 compact tablet, images of which are already doing round on the internet. The Sony Z3 and Z3 compact will share the spec sheet except for the screen size and probably their resolution.
Sony QX1
A separate camera lens for your smartphone which can connect to your smartphone and lets you take great shots is nothing new as Sony has done this with QX10 and QX100. Sony is taking this camera lens on your smartphone mechanism a step further and will be announcing QX1 with mountable camera sensor compatible with interchangeable lenses. This will enable your smartphone to take pictures via NEX lenses Sony uses on their mirrorless NEX cameras.
Nokia Lumia 830 and 730
After its acquisition by Microsoft, Nokia’s foothold on the market has loosened a bit and it will try to regain that market with the Lumia 830 and 730. The mid-range Lumia 730 will be a selfie-centric phone with its 5MP front facing camera and could come with dual-SIM options.
LG G Watch R
LG disclosed its new round-faced G watch R just in time to take away the Moto 360’s hype and thus far it is doing so quite steadily. From the pictures which were released of the watch it seems this could give stiff competition to the Moto 360. Since this LG we could expect a reasonable and competitive pricing.
Asus Zenwatch
The Asus Zenwatch came in as surprise as we weren't expecting a smartwatch from Asus. It is rumored that the Asus Zenwatch will be ticking all the right checkboxes in the want list and could be priced lower than the current crop of Android wear watches.
HTC Desire 820
Qualcomm announced its 64-bit octa core SoCs earlier this year and since then their arrival in a smartphone has been awaited. HTC will bringing them at IFA with their imminent launch of the Desire 820. The new phone will be priced competitively and should give out some admirable performance ratings.
Sony Project Morpheus
Project Morpheus VR headset which has been under development by Sony for almost half a decade is now ready for the consumer market and Sony could be announcing it at IFA. The VR headset is expected to be compatible with Sony’s PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
