Take a look at the back panel of the Lenovo G500s. Just take out the cover and access the laptop's replaceable parts like HDD, RAM and Wi-Fi module, apart from other things
The Lenovo G500s has two solid hinges fusing the screen to the rest of the chassis. Its keyboard has ever so slightly curved keys that are good to type on and a touchpad with separate mouse buttons
On its left edge, the Lenovo G500s has the following ports and connector slots: AC power-in slot, heat vents, VGA port, Ethernet jack, HDMI and two USB 3.0 ports
On its right edge, the Lenovo G500s has the following ports: 3.5 mm headphone jack, SD card slot, USB 2.0 port, DVD Writer tray, and a Kensington lock slot
The Lenovo G500s is a 14-inch budget laptop. It's a laptop for budget users, and has the same textured screen lid found on the 15-inch Lenovo G505s
Here's another closeup of the Lenovo G500s laptop's textured screen lid, which has a nice feel to it. The Lenovo logo is off-centre, located at the top of the screen lid
Again, like the G505s we saw earlier, the Lenovo G500s has an all-black exterior and interior. Some people may find the G500s' looks to be boring, and they wouldn't be too far from the truth
