One of the biggest names in the mobile business is returning to the market, thanks to its license deal with HMD Global. The company is slated to bring four new phones, three of which are powered by Android. We recently saw all these phones at an event hosted by HMD Global in New Delhi. While there is no official dates or pricing for the phones, HMD has confirmed that the devices will be launched at the promised time-frame of June- July. Moreover, the company has also confirmed that it is working on newer models.

Let’s start with the Nokia 5, which is probably the most important device in Nokia’s current arsenal. The phone is likely to be slotted somewhere around the 10-15K price bracket. Here is quick look at its specifications:

Display: 5.2-inch, 720p
SoC: Qualcomm Snapdragon 430
RAM: 2GB
Storage: 16GB
Rear camera: 13MP
Front camera: 8MP
Battery: 3000mAh
OS: Android 7.1.1

The phone has a metal construction, which aesthetically reminds us of the Lumia 925. It is on the larger side, but with a 5.2-inch display on the front, it is still quite ergonomic.

There are antenna lines running across the top and bottom of the frame, which may seem out of place to some, but we feel the phone is better looking than most budget smartphones.

At the bottom you get a single speaker and a micro-USB port. Nokia has confirmed that the phone supports Qualcomm’s fast charging technology.

The whole metal construction is continued on the bigger, Nokia 6 as well. However, unlike the Nokia 5, the 6 has a more robust looking industrial design. Here is a look at the specifications it offers:

Display: 5.5-inch, 1080p
SoC: Qualcomm Snapdragon 430
RAM: 4GB
Storage: 32GB
Rear camera: 16MP
Front camera: 8MP
Battery: 3000mAh
OS: Android 7.1.1

The back of the device is still slightly contoured. The antenna lines again run along the top and bottom of the device. Unlike the Nokia 5, this phone gets a 16MP shooter at the back.

The edges are flat and chamfered around the edges. There is a 2.5D curved glass FHD display on the phone, which gives it a more seamless and upmarket look.

After the Nokia 6 and 5, there is the Nokia 3, the smallest, least powerful of them all. Unlike the other two phones, the Nokia 3 makes do with a high quality polycarbonate construction, which does look and feel good. Inside, you get the following specifications:

Display: 5-inch, 720p
SoC: MediaTek MT6737
RAM: 2GB
Storage: 16GB
Rear camera: 8MP
Front camera: 8MP
Battery: 2650mAh
OS: Android 7.0

The phone has rounded edges and with a 5-inch display up front, the device is quite ergonomic. The 8MP rear camera however, may not turn out to be the best in its category.

All three Nokia devices are running on Android Nougat and the company has promised that all its devices will get updated timely. Moreover, all Android powered Nokia devices will be getting regular security updates.

Lastly, we need to talk about the Nokia 3310. The "legendary" phone has been resurrected to capture people’s attention and bring back some old world charm.

The device features a 2.4-inch TFT display and is a very basic device in general. You can makes calls, send and receive messages, and play Snake on the phone. There is a 2MP camera as well at the back.

Being a feature phone, you do get physical keys, but you can get those in the Nokia 150 as well, which is somewhat similar to the Nokia 3310.
