The lid of the Pavilion m4-1003tx is exactly the same as the one on the much more expensive ENVY dv6-7206tx. The dual tone matte finish looks very good, and doesn't attract scratches like a typical glossy finish does. Click right for more images. Do also check out our HP Pavilion m4-1003tx review.
This keyboard is a delight to use. Again, the same has been carried forward from the elder ENVY machine. Very precise and sharp response, with just perfect key size and spacing. Click right for more images. Do also check out our HP Pavilion m4-1003tx review.
The touchpad is a disappointment though. While the real estate available is big enough for most Windows 8 related gestures, the dotted finish isn’t comfortable and the response is very inconsistent. Click right for more images. Do also check out our HP Pavilion m4-1003tx review.
The critical quick access keys – Wireless connectivity, media playback etc. are integrated with the function keys. The Wireless and the Audio Mute key also have the white and red LEDs, depending on status. Click right for more images. Do also check out our HP Pavilion m4-1003tx review.
The 14-inch display does well in aspects like brightness levels and text rendering. However, it is a tad reflective in nature, and that can be annoying for quite a few users. Click right for more images. Do also check out our HP Pavilion m4-1003tx review.
