The Huawei Honor Holly isn't the only device that Huawei launched in India yesterday. The company has expanded its portfolio with the Honor X1 tablet. The device is priced at Rs. 19,999 and runs on Huawei's own 1.6 GHz quad-core Kirin 910 SoC and the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS layered with the Emotion UI. It has a 13 MP camera at the back and a 5 MP front shooter.

Display

The Honor X1 has a 7 inch 1200x1920p IPS display, which gives you better clarity than a 1080p screen. The display is quite vibrant but seemed a little on the dimmer side.

Back

The Honor X1 has a metallic finish on the back, giving it a very premium and iPad-like feel. This also makes the device quite sturdy and adds to the looks.

Sides

The tablet is quite slim and has a metallic finish to the sides as well, which makes it feel even more premium. The volume rocker, power button and SIM and micro-SD slots are all on the right side.

Rear Camera

The 13 MP camera on the back of this tablet takes sharp pictures, with good low light performance. But we can make a judgement only after conducting a full review.

The device also has a 5 MP camera on the front for selfies, video calls and other activities.
