Computex 2015: Gigabyte shows off its new gaming laptops

Gigabyte introduced three new Aorus gaming laptops and a couple of gaming peripherals at Computex. Gigabyte also unveiled new laptops under its own branding which are aimed at gaming. We had the chance to take a quick look at what Gigabyte has to offer. Here is a glimpse of the goodies.

Let’s start with the Aorus gaming laptops. These gaming laptops are known for their light weight and heavy gaming capabilities. Starting from the left we have the Aorus X7 Pro-Sync, Aorus X5, Aorus X3 Plus.

This is the Aorus X7 Pro-Sync.

Both these laptops support Nvidia’s latest G-Sync technology which minimises screen tearing effect in games.

And this is the smallest, Aorus X3 Plus v3.

These two are the P15F v3 and the P17F v3 respectively. Both offer a similar spec sheet with the only difference being the screen size. The P15F v3 has a 15.6-inch screen size and the P17F v3 has a 17.3-inch display.

This is Gigabyte’s Aorus Thunder K7 keyboard. Like the Corsair STRAFE which we saw earlier, this also has a detachable numpad which can be used as a macro keyboard.

This is the companion to the Aorus Thunder K7 keyboard, it is called Thunder M7. It comes with 16 fully programmable keys and features an 8200 dpi laser sensor.

This is Gigabyte's new motherboard which will support Intel’s upcoming 6th gen Intel Core chips. This is based on Intel’s Z170 motherboard.

If you look closely you can also see that the motherboard has support for the new reversible USB standard, the USB 3.1 type-C port.
