Conan O' Brien's Clueless Gamer is arguably the funniest game reviews that you can find on the web. He gives no real ratings to the game and doesn't really make value judgements, but you'll get to watch gameplay and laugh out loud while doing so.

John Oliver delivers hard news, but he does it in a comedic fashion. This channel is arguably the most informative, yet funny channels anywhere right now. You go Mr. Oliver, we love you.
This channel has been comparatively less active for some time now, but their alternate endings for movies is quite a thing. They make animated videos, which portray alternate endings for movies that have already come out. Also, their Superhero Cafe series is quite hilarious.
By far the most talked about stand-up comedians in India, AIB came under fire for its Roast recently. That said, there's no denying that they're good at what they do and must be allowed to continue to do so.
While HISHE gives you alternate endings, Screen Junkies gives you alternate trailers for movies. More people would want to watch movies if trailers were always like this!
The only competitor to AIB in India is perhaps The Viral Fever. TVF recently roped in Shah Rukh Khan and Arvind Kejriwal and rolled out some seriously funny videos.
Keeping with movies, Kanan Gill is perhaps the best known comedian in India right now and his pretentious movie reviews prove why.
One of the oldest humour channels on YouTube, College Humour is loved by many. Their jokes aren't always the best, but they have a good hit rate.
Coming back to tech, the next two is for those looking for tech reviews. This channel is basically a bunch of guys sitting down for a drink or hundred and talking about a phone or other gadget. It's a good one to go to when you don't want to see regular reviews.
The AngryJoeShow is like the last channel, but instead of drinking, reviews here are angry. It's a new way to review stuff and often a lot of fun.
