After the launch of its flagship Galaxy S25 series, the South Korean tech giant is now preparing for the launch of its next-generation foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Z Flip 7. Although the smartphone is not expected until late June-July, rumours, and leaks have already started to surface. Recent leaks suggest that while the design remains largely similar to its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Flip 6, the new model may bring slight modifications in display size, dimensions, and internal features.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 expected specifications

If reports are to be believed, the dimensions of the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 7 have been increased, and the new flip phone can measure 166.6 x 75.2 x 6.9mm. Samsung appears to maintain the boxy design and dual-camera setup on the cover display, with color-matching camera rings. Rumours also suggest that Samsung has made improvements to reduce the visibility of the fold crease on the screen.

Furthermore, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 can feature a 3.6-inch cover display and a 6.8-inch inner display, both slightly larger than those on the Galaxy Z Flip 6. Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to be powered by the Exynos 2500, while others claim that Samsung may opt for an alternative processor due to production challenges. The device is expected to offer 12GB of RAM and storage options of 256GB or 512 GB.

On the camera front, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to have a similar dual-camera setup like its predecessor with a 50-megapixel main camera and a 12-megapixel ultra wide lens.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7: Expected price and launch

If leaks are to be believed, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 can be launched at a price point similar to its predecessor, which was around $1,099. This translates to approximately Rs 1,09,999 in India.
