Lava has launched Iris Atom 2 priced at Rs. 4,949. Lava Iris Atom 2 comes with a large 4.5-inch display. It is a FWVGA displays with 854×480 pixels resolution. The smartphone is powered with 1.3GHz quad-core processor, chipset isn’t specified, along with 512MB of RAM. The phone also has a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a VGA (0.3MP) front camera.
The device has 8GB of internal storage with support for expansion via microSD card of up to 32GB. The Iris Atom 2 also comes with Smart Gesture Control feature which means you can launch apps and perform specific task with the help of gestures. It comes with Android KitKat out of the box, but can be upgraded to Android Lollipop 5.1. The other specifications of device include 3G, GPS, USB 2.0, WiFi, and a 1750mAh battery.
