Coolpad has announced the launch of its first offline-centric smartphone. The new Coolpad Note 5 Lite C will only be available from offline retail channels and shows the growing importance of offline retail segment for the Chinese smartphone makers. As far as specifications are concerned, the Note 5 Lite C is a budget device priced at Rs 7,777 and offering a 5-inch HD display, 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable storage and Snapdragon 210 chipset. It also runs the latest Android 7.1 Nougat operating system.

Coolpad, a global leader in smartphone manufacturing and integrated wireless data solutions, today announced the launch of its first offline exclusive product Note 5 Lite C. Note 5 Lite C is equipped with 8- megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera. It has a beautiful arc style design with a 5.0-inch Full HD display, 1280 x 720 pixels to ensure a great viewing experience. This is the first phone from Coolpad with Android 7.1 Nougat in India.
Note 5 Lite C has been competitively priced at Rs 7,777 and will be available in two colour variants, grey and gold. The smartphone will be available for purchase from 5th August 2017 onwards at 3000 multi-brand stores across 8 states: Delhi NCR, Haryana, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra.
Coolpad is also confirmed to launch the annual online flagship on 20th August, which is expected to be exclusively available on Amazon.in.

Note 5 Lite C is powered by Snapdragon 210, 1.1 GHz Quad – core processor, which enables to run multiple applications effortlessly at the same time. The device comes with 2GB RAM and an internal memory of 16GB and expandable memory up to 64GB. The phone comes with 8- megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera. The smartphone is packed with a 2500mAh battery which gives 240 hours of stand up time. The phone supports an innovating finger print scanner along with light sensors and proximity sensors. Coming to the connectivity options, Note 5 Lite C is compatible with 2G, 3G and 4G VOLTE, WLAN 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0.
