BenQ, India’s No. 1 & global No.1 DLP projector brand unveiled its first Blue Core laser light source projector to add to its professional line of projectors. Engineered for large-venue professional installations such as entertainment applications, corporate meeting rooms, houses of worship, educational facilities and more, the LU9715 features an ultra-high brightness output of 8,000 lumens. Providing significantly improved color performance through a dual color wheel system, the projector supports 360-degree and portrait projection and 24/7 operation for expanded installation opportunities. The LU9715 debuts at InfoComm 2016, September 12-14 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.
The LU9715 projector is a shining example of BenQ's continuing leadership in visual display technology," said Rajeev Singh, Managing Director at BenQ India Pvt. Ltd. "Our Blue Core laser technology allows full control of light output, enabling a super-high 100,000:1 contrast ratio, so every subtle detail is revealed during dark scenes. Part of our exciting new lineup at InfoComm 2016, the LU9715 will enable attendees to witness the incredible color-accurate performance of BenQ projectors.”
Featuring a dual-array laser light source, the WUXGA 8,000 ANSI lumen LU9715 is guaranteed for 20,000 hours of operation at full brightness without lamp replacement. To harness the high output of Blue Core laser light, it employs a dual color wheel that produces flawless RGBY color with enhanced color intensity, balance and fidelity. Based on DLP technology, the LU9715 offers crisp and long-lasting color accuracy that never degrades or fades over time. In addition, the Custom Light Mode consistently blends brightness across multiple projections. The LU9715 offers eight optional lenses that feature all-glass construction quality with throw ratios ranging from TR 0.38 to TR 8.19 for ultra-clear focus that produces brighter images in venues of any size.
Blue Core laser projectors also feature spontaneous response, requiring less than a 30-second wait to turn on or resume from blank function, which achieves true black for zero light intrusion. They support 24/7 continuous operation, even in novel applications such as 360-degree and portrait orientation installations. Other features include motorized zoom, lens shift, advanced geometric correction and liquid cooling that provides quiet and reliable temperature management. The optical engine and laser bank is hermetically sealed to eliminate dust damage and image degradation for extended long-term durability.
BenQ Blue Core laser projectors feature HDBaseT for long-distance full-HD signal transmission via cost-effective network cables up to 100 meters. LAN control compatibility with leading third-party solutions as well as BenQ MDA software allows IT managers to remotely monitor and control a large number of projectors on the network. The LU9715 also features comprehensive connectivity, including 3G-SDI — a widely used standard in the media and broadcast industry to transport uncompressed digital video signals.
The BenQ BlueCore LU9715 is available for INR 18,00,000.
