Reports from The Wall Street Journal say that Apple plans on launching the AR headset at WWDC 23 on June 5. The delay of these years was because Apple wanted to present the best for its customers and ensure no other competitor can match up to their experience for quite a few years.
Apart from this, the analyst and fortune teller of the tech industry trends Ming-Chi Kuo made certain predictions which says that this Apple AR headset will turn out to be the most hyped investments by customers in the consumer electronic sector.
The Wall Street Journal also stated that Apple will launch the much-awaited augmented-reality headset in June but will start mass production only in the last quarter of the year. Apple is about to launch the iPhone 15 series around September and after which we can expect the mass production of the headset.
As earlier leaks revealed, the Apple AR headset will explore the arenas of communication, entertainment, gaming and will also be able to run a certain version of the Final Cut Pro software. But the main USP of the headset is yet unknown.
At WWDC 23, Apple is all set to announce a lot more, from a device to new OS. It has been in talks that the headset will be launched at the WWDC, but the way Apple has delayed it over the years you never know what Apple has in mind at the last minute.
