LG releases trailer for Watch Urbane before MWC 2015
LG Watch Urbane is a premium adaptation of LG’s G Watch R. LG has now released a video trailer for the watch, showcasing the premium design.
LG will officially announce its Watch Urbane smartwatch at Mobile World Congress, and the Korean company has gone ahead and shared a promo video of the watch on Youtube. The new premium smartwatch was recently announced at a press conference in Seoul.
The watch, which is shown in two premium finishes of gold and silver, shares the same internals as the LG G Watch R. While the G Watch R had a more utilitarian design, the Watch Urbane is designed to look more like a premium watch. The watch comes with narrower bezels and brings many strap options made from stainless steel, leather and couple of other options.
As we reported earlier, the Watch Urbane has the same internals as the LG G Watch R. It has the same screen size of 1.3-inches with 320 x 320p resolution, is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage.
Other major details regarding pricing and availability are still unknown and will probably be revealed during the official announcement of the device at MWC 2015. LG will also announce four new smartphones for the budget segment at the event.
