More images and specs of the much awaited LG's G Watch have been leaked ahead of its launch. The LG G Watch is the first device to run on Android Wear OS for wearable's and will reportedly be launched in the UK on July 7.
According to the specifications sheet leaked by @UpLeaks, the LG G Watch will have a 1.6-inch display with 280×280 pixels resolution. It will have 4GB of storage and will pack a 400mAh battery with a standby time of 36 hours and will take 2 hours to charge completely. Connectivity options that have been mentioned are Bluetooth 4.0. The overall dimensions of the smartwatch are 37.9×46.5×9.95mm and will weigh in at 61 grams.
The leaked specs sheet also reveals that the smart watch will have multi-language support for English, Spanish, French, Korean and Chinese. It will also have the ability to take memos and send text messages using voice commands. A recent tweet from Upleaks on June 4th claims that the G Watch will be powered by a quad-core 787MHz Snapdragon processor. The smartwatch is expected to have tilt, gyro, and pedometer sensors. There is no mention of a built-in camera.
Although the price of the LG G Watch has not been revealed, sources state that the wearable will come with a price-tag to undercut Samsung's Gear watches. Reports suggest that the LG G Watch will be offered for free to all Google I/O 2014 attendees.
