The upcoming addition, which has been eagerly awaited for some time, will reportedly be accompanied by various other health-related features. These include a fresh Fitbit workout interface for the Pixel Watch 2, stress monitoring, skin temperature measurements, and more. Many of these new features were initially reported in September. Additionally, Kamila’s thread provided details about the aluminium construction, fresh watch bands, safety functionalities, and other enhancements.
Google is scheduled to unveil the Pixel Watch 2 alongside its latest Pixel 8 smartphones this week.
We don’t know much about the smartwatch’s specifications yet, but it might be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor. It could also feature a UWB chip, which gives us access to features like tracking or finding devices, calling nearby devices, making payments, and more.
Talking about its design, the Pixel smartwatch 2 is very similar to its predecessor. It will come with a bezel-less round dial with a curved display. The microphone is placed right next to the crown and there is also a button, which could help in operating the smartwatch.
