Garmin is refreshing the Venu lineup with Venu SQ 2 and Venu SQ 2 Music Edition smartwatches for the Indian market. As is evident from the name, the latter is being propped with a music-specific offering. Well, you get storage for up to 500 songs besides everything else the standard Venu SQ 2 brings to the wrist. That includes GPS support and a claim of 11-day runtime.
Garmin has used a 1.4-inch rectangular AMOLED touchscreen screen on the watch. There is an aluminum casing around it. There are two buttons on the right side for navigational purpose.
The watch is armed with the Firstbeat beat-by-beat based heart rate tracker, SpO2, 25+ preloaded sports apps (including cardio, Pilates, HIIT, and Yoga), sleep quality monitor (including sleep stages, personalized score), stress tracker (with relaxation reminders), Body Battery measurement, Women’s health tracking (menstrual cycle) and a 2-minute snapshot feature that summarizes all these readings.
You can use the Garmin Connect app to control the various settings of the watch and also create and push custom workouts based on 1600 combinations.
