Xiaomi has launched a new Redmi Smart Fire TV 4K in India with a display size of 43 inches — larger screen size than what the brand had rolled out previously viz. 32-inch screen Fire TV. The new Redmi Fire TV 43 inches will be available for purchase on Amazon and on Xiaomi’s official store. It is powered by a quad-core processor and has 8GB of storage. However, I am comparing the Redmi Smart Fire TV 4K 43 inches with the Onida Smart Fire TV 4K 43 inches to give you a better perspective of both TVs. Keep on reading below…
Redmi Smart Fire TV 43-inch v/s Onida Smart Fire TV 43-inch: Features and performance
Both the smart TVs run on the same operating system, the FireOS. This means you will get pretty much the same features on both of the TVs. You will get a Voice Remote with Alexa, through which you can search for content and also control your smart home devices.
For performance, both of these devices feature a Quad-Core processor and 8GB of storage. However, the Redmi Smart Fire TV has 2GB RAM, whereas the Onida Smart Fire TV has 1.5GB RAM. So there would be a slightly better performance in the Redmi Smart TV.

Redmi Smart Fire TV 43-inch v/s Onida Smart Fire TV 43-inch: Picture quality and audio
In both of these smart Fire TVs, you'll find a 43-inch 4K LCD display with HDR support. However, there is a noteworthy distinction between them. The Onida Smart Fire TV boasts Dolby Vision support, while the Redmi Smart Fire TV offers DTS: Virtual X compatibility.
Speaking of the audio, the Redmi Smart Fire TV has louder speakers than Onida’s Smart Fire TV. But, the latter one comes with Dolby Atmos support, which is widely compatible with streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, and more.

In terms of ports, the Redmi Smart Fire TV has 3 HDMI ports, 2 USB ports, an AV, an earphone port, and an optical port. It also features Dual-Band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and the Airplay tool.
On the other hand, the Onida Smart Fire TV has 3 HDMI ports, 1 USB port, and 1 earphone port. It also comes with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.
