PatchWall, as a UI, brings forth content before you get to streaming services. So when you look at the UI, it will show you movies and TV shows from different streaming services and when you click on the content, it will launch with the respective streaming service. It is quite a user-friendly UI and is great for those that are looking at their first smart TV experience.

Xiaomi recently added Sony LIV content to its PatchWall UI. So if you are a Sony Liv subscriber, you should see the content there, to begin with. Xiaomi’s PatchWall also brings with it a Kids Mode, giving users access to features like a parental lock, safe universal search, free educational content, and more.

If you are rocking an older TV and looking to get a smart TV experience then you can check out the Mi Box 4K. It runs on Android and brings with it a host of interesting features.
