The Vodafone Supernight pack will cost you Rs. 29, but this may differ from circle to circle.
Vodafone India has launched a new data pack, that allows users unlimited Internet access for 5 hours every day. The Vodafone Supernight pack costs Rs. 29 and allows unlimited data (with no FUP) between 1am to 6am. The pack is applicable to 3G and 4G devices and the company says its price may vary from circle to circle. For example, the Supernight pack costs Rs. 28 in the Kolkata circle, according to PayTM’s listings.
The effective hourly cost in this comes out to about Rs. 5.80 per hour for unlimited Internet access. That’s of course based on the assumption that you use the Internet for the full 5 hour period. Vodafone essentially doesn’t need an FUP here since few users would actually use the Internet for the full time period.
The Vodafone Supernight pack pack can be purchased any time, but will only be active during the prescribed time period. You can buy the pack by dialing *444*4# on your phone, or from offline and digital channels.
Vodafone had also announced a separate “Vodafone Ramzan” plan recently, in select circles. The plan is priced at Rs. 786 and comes with data and calling bundles, which vary based on the circle you’re in. For example, customers in the North East and Assam are getting unlimited voice calling and national roaming, along with 25GB data. On the other hand, customers in Rajasthan were getting full talk time and reduced ISD rates for UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
