Bharti Airtel is known to offer various different plans to suit the needs of all of its customers across the country. The company offers multiple prepaid competitive plans when compared with Vodafone Idea (Vi) and Reliance Jio. But, now customers look for additional benefits available with the recharge plans at an affordable price to decide for which telecom provider to choose. Airtel does everything to attract the customers and is back with some new exciting offers with its benefits program – the Airtel Thanks. Airtel is now offering a free subscription to Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition to its Airtel Thanks Prepaid customers. The Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition can’t be purchased as a standalone subscription and is only offered to the users through external partners – Bharti Airtel, in India. Amazon had partnered with Airtel in January to launch the mobile-only Prime Video plan for the first time across the world.

Airtel is now offering its prepaid customers with a free trial subscription to Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition that exists for only a month, with almost all of its Recharge Plans.
All of its regular ‘Truly Unlimited’ plans (except the Rs 19 2day validity plan) include the free trial to this Amazon Video Subscription. The Rs 349 plan with a validity of 28 days includes an Amazon Prime subscription instead of the Prime Video Mobile Edition.
The Rs 89 6GB data add-on plan also includes 28 days subscription to Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition and the Rs 131 plan includes subscription to Amazon Prime Membership for 30 days.
Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition with Airtel Thanks : How to Activate, Terms and Conditions
The offered can be availed by following the below steps:
- Open your Airtel Thanks App and tap on the “Discover airtelThanks” banner on top.
- If you are on the eligible plan, you will see an Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition card on the Thanks page.
- Tap on “Claim Now” on the Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition card and 'Proceed' on the next screen, to begin your subscription.
- You’ll be routed to Amazon to continue the sign up/sign in process.
- If you’re an existing Amazon customer then ‘Sign In’ using your Amazon credentials to start the subscription or create a new account if you’re not an existing user.
- You should now see the “Welcome to Amazon Prime Video” page which means your subscription is now activated.
- You will even receive a communication from Amazon confirming that your subscription has been activated.
- You can download the Amazon Prime Video app from Google PlayStore or Apple AppStore for unlimited streaming of latest Bollywood movies & regional blockbusters till the trial lasts.
Important Terms and Conditions include:
- Customers can claim this offer only once for every eligible Prepaid number.
- Customers will get 30 days of PVME free trial irrespective of recharge validity, as long as they are an Airtel Thanks Prepaid customer.
- In case of downgrading your plan out of Airtel Thanks your PVME subscription will still continue till its 30-day validity period
- In case the customers port out of Airtel to any competition operator the subscription will be ceased immediately
- In case the Prepaid number is already linked to an active Amazon Prime subscription then the customer will not be able to claim PVME through that number
- Customer can take offer only once for a single Prepaid number

Once the 30 days subscription is over you can purchase the following “Airtel Amazon PVME packs” as per your need, or the full Amazon Prime experience using the following plans:

Rs. 299 – Unlimited calls, 1.5GB per day + PVME subscription, 28 days validity
Airtel Prepaid packs with full Amazon Prime subscription
Rs. 131 – 100MB data + Amazon Prime subscription, 30 days validity
Rs. 349 – Unlimited calls, 2GB per day + Amazon Prime subscription, 28 days validity
Once activated, you can enjoy your subscription benefits without re-reactivation, as long as you are recharging with one of the above recharge packs within 90 days from the date of expiry of the Prime/Prime Video Mobile Edition packs. In case you recharge with the next subscription including recharge packs after 90 days of the previous recharge, re-activation is required.
