Following TRAI’s order, Airtel is also launching 30-day and monthly renewal plans like Jio and Vi (Vodafone Idea). There are two Airtel plans priced at ₹296 and ₹319. The ₹296 plan offers 30-day validity while the ₹319 plan lets you renew on a monthly basis. The other difference between the two is that you get 25GB of mobile data with the ₹296 plan and 2GB of daily data limit with the ₹319 plan. Rest, the offerings are similar viz. Unlimited local and STD calls, 100 SMS per day, Amazon Prime Video 30 day trial, Wynk Music, 3 months of Apollo 24/7 Circle, 1 year of Upskill with Shaw Academy, 100 cashback on FASTag, and free Hellotunes.
Both plans also mention certain terms and conditions which are as follows:
Once you use up the daily 100 SMS limit, you will be charged ₹1 per local SMS and ₹1.5 per STD SMS.
Once you exhaust the data quota, the tariff rates are 50p/MB.
