Chinese phone manufacturer ZTE recently launched its Grand SII smartphone in India. The flagship like specced phone was announced earlier this year at CES 2014 and after that it went on sale in China at a price of CNY 1699 (Rs. 17,200). The phone will now be available in India from the 24th of November.
The SII from ZTE packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC with its quad-core processor clocked at 2.27GHz. The 5.5-inch IPS display on the phone has a resolution of 1920 x 1080p. There is 16 GB internal storage on the phone with 2GB of RAM. The 13 MP auto-focus rear camera is capable of shooting 1080p videos at 30fps and there is a 5 MP front facing camera as well.
With its last gen flagship like specs the phone is somewhat similarly specced as the Xiaomi Mi3 and if it's priced under the 20K price bracket then it would definitely play as a rival to the Huawei Honor 6 and Lenovo Vibe X2.
