Xolo Q1100, 5-inch dual-SIM quad-core smartphone launched at Rs.14,999
The Xolo Q1100 features 8MP rear camera, quad-core processor and 8GB built-in storage.
Xolo has added a new smartphone to its Q-series – Q1100. Priced at 14,999, the Xolo Q1100, supports dual-SIM, runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 (MSM 8228) processor clocked at 1.4GHz with an Adreno 305 GPU and 1GB of RAM.
The Xolo Q1100 has a 5-inch display with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution with 294 ppi density. It has an 8MP with BSI 2 Sensor rear camera and front 2MP camera. The camera features include Scene detection & tuning, High Dynamic, Range (HDR), Low Light enhancement, Face recognition (For focussing as well as in Gallery), Vertical & Horizontal, Panorama capture and Geo tagging).
It has 8GB of built-in storage and supports expandable storage up to 32GB via microSD. In terms of connectivity, the Xolo Q1100 supports EDGE, GPRS, 3G, Bluetooth 3.0, USB 2.0, Wi-FI and WLAN support. The smartphone is powered by a 2,000 mAh battery, which is rated to deliver 12.5 hours of talktime on 3G.
The Xolo Q1100 is currently listed on the company’s website. However, there’s no word on the availability of the smartphone. The new Xolo smartphone is set to compete against a range of mid-range smartphone in the market including the latest Moto G, which features 4.5-inch 720p display, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS (upgradable to Android 4.4 KitKat), and a quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, Adreno 305 GPU along with 1GB RAM.
