Xiaomi India has shared a brief video on X (formerly known as Twitter) that teases upcoming launch of “Cinematic Vision.” The teaser highlights the letters ‘CI’ (from Cinematic) and ‘VI’ (from Vision) in red colour, indicating that the company could introduce the Civi series smartphone in India.

Recently, tipster Kacper Skrzypek revealed on X that Xiaomi is expected to launch the Xiaomi 14 Civi smartphone in India soon. The tipster also mentioned that the Xiaomi 14 Civi will likely be a rebranded Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro.

Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro

For those who are unaware, the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro smartphone already made its debut earlier this year. Let’s recap the specifications of the Civi 4 Pro.

The Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro handset boasts a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 3000nits brightness. This device is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor.

For photography, the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro houses a 50MP rear camera, and has a 32MP selfie shooter. Moreover, this handset packs a 4700mAh battery with 67W charging support.

The Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro comes in four colour options: Harunno green, Soft mist powder, Breeze Blue, and Starry sky black. Other features of the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro include an in-screen fingerprint scanner and HyperOS-based Android 14.

It’s important to note Xiaomi has not officially announced that it would launch the Xiaomi 14 Civi smartphone in India. So, if this phone will launch is uncertain, and we suggest you to take this information with a pinch of salt.
