Xiaomi Redmi 4A, the new entry-level smartphone from the Chinese smartphone maker will once again be available at 12 noon on Amazon India and Mi.com. The Redmi 4A is a direct replacement to the Redmi 1S and is aimed at first time smartphone buyers. Amazon India claims to have sold 2.5 lakh units of the Redmi 4A during the first flash sale in under four minutes.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4A features a 5-inch 720p display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor. The handset comes with 2GB RAM, 16GB storage and support for external memory up to 128GB via SD card slot. The smartphone sports a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera.
The Redmi 4A is a dual-SIM smartphone with support for 4G VoLTE. It runs MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with support for dual apps feature. The handset is backed by a 3120mAh battery and will be available in Gold, Rose Gold and Grey colour options. Read our full review of Redmi 4A here.
