Xiaomi is set to shake up the smartphone market once again with the launch of the Xiaomi MIX Flip on July 19. This new foldable phone is expected to be a strong competitor to Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 6. The MIX Flip aims to offer consumers an exciting alternative in the clamshell-style foldable phone segment. For those who are unaware, Samsung launched the Galaxy Z Flip 6 just last week with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, AI features and more.
The anticipation is high as Xiaomi continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in mobile technology. Let’s take a look at what the Xiaomi MIX Flip is expected to offer.
Xiaomi MIX Flip: Confirmed Specs
Xiaomi MIX Flip is confirmed to be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, along with UFS 4.0 storage and LPDDR5X RAM. It is confirmed to pack a 3D vapor cooling chamber, and a 4780mAh battery.
Furthermore, the upcoming Xiaomi MIX Flip will feature a full-size multi-function large external screen, and house dual-rear camera setup.
The Xiaomi MIX Flip 6 is confirmed to be available in three colour options: White, Black and Purple. The purple variant seems to have a dual-tone colour finish.

Xiaomi MIX Flip: Expected Specs
Rumours suggest that the Xiaomi MIX Flip could sport a display with a 1.5K resolution. Its rear-camera setup is expected to include a 50MP primary sensor and a 60MP secondary sensor with a 2x optical zoom. For selfies, it could have a 32MP front camera.
Moreover, the Xiaomi MIX Flip is expected to come with 67W fast charging support.
It’s important to note that the Xiaomi MIX Flip’s launch date in India is still unknown. While Xiaomi has announced the China release for July 19th, there is no confirmation on when or if it will hit the Indian market. Stay tuned for updates.
