Judging by the images, the phone will feature a dual-curved display, Snapdragon 820 SoC, and 6GB RAM

Xiaomi is tipped to be working on a premium flagship smartphone called the Mi Note 2 and leakster, @kjuma posted a number of images allegedly of the phone on his Weibo account. These suggest that the upcoming phone may feature a dual-curved screen. One of the images he posted also showed some of the specifications of the phone, and judging by that image, the phone will sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC with 6GB of RAM. There was speculation that this phone might sport the new Snapdragon 821 chipset, but the 2.15GHz clock speed points towards the SD820. The device is also tipped to offer 64GB of onboard storage. Another interesting thing to note is that the phone is shown to be running Android Nougat v7.0. Another Weibo user also posted renders of the upcoming devcie which suggest that the phone might feature a dual-rear camera setup and a USB Type-C port.

If the images are true and this really is the upcoming Mi Note 2, then the presence of the dual-curved screen makes things quite interesting as only Samsung offers dual-curved screen phones, at least in India. If this phone is launched in India, then will most likely be priced less than either the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge or the Galaxy Note 7
