CES 2017: Xiaomi might announce Mi Mix in White Ceramic avatar

Xiaomi Mi Mix, the bezelless smartphone could be unveiled in white ceramic version at CES 2017

Xiaomi Mi Mix is undoubtedly the most outrageously designed smartphone of this year. With its screen-to-body ratio of 91.3 percent, it needs to be seen to believe how Xiaomi pulled off one of the best designed smartphones of 2016. Xiaomi Mi Mix was announced in China in October and was made available only in black ceramic version and now we could see a white variant too.

Xiaomi, which is trying to make inroads into US and European markets is set to make a big splash at this year's CES 2017. The company has already announced a CES 2017 event and it is likely to announce ceramic white version of Mi Mix. Xiaomi has put out a teaser which reads "WBHLIATCEK" and we could only make out white mixed with black.

To further strengthen the product reveal around Mi Mix, Xiaomi has tweeted "It's going to be an exciting MIX of tech breakthroughs!" Xiaomi's CES 2017 event happens at 6.30AM IST on January 6 and the company is already calling it as glimpse into future.

Xiaomi Mi Mix is already a glimpse into the future of smartphones of smartphones with no or little bezels. The smartphone designed by French designer Phillippe Starck offers a beautiful 6.4-inch Quad HD display and is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821 processor. The smartphone uses piezoelectric material to output audio during calls.
