Xiaomi will launch its Mi A3 Android One handset in India on August 21. The device will succeed the Mi A2, which is the company's second Android One device, and while it has already been launched overseas and we know what its specifications are, there’s still a chance that company might change the hardware, like the Redmi Note 7 and the Redmi 7 Pro. While there’s no official information on the device’s India pricing and variants, the tipster @stufflistings has managed to get a couple of screenshots, which hint at Xiaomi Mi A3’s India pricing, memory and storage variants, and the colour models it could be announced in.
As per the screenshots posted by the leakster on Twitter, the Xiaomi Mi A3 could be announced in two variants. One with 4GB RAM, which is clubbed with 64GB of internal storage and another with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage. The 4GB RAM variant of the handset might be priced at Rs 14,999, while the 6GB RAM version could cost Rs 17,499. The Mi A3 could be announced in Kind Of Grey, More Than White and Not Just Blue colours. We tried to find the listing on Amazon, but it seems that it has since been taken down.
The Xiaomi Mi A3 comes equipped with a 6.08-inch HD+ AMOLED display that has a 720×1560 p resolution. The device features a 19.5:9 display aspect ratio with a waterdrop-style notch design. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC, which is coupled with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. The device gets a headphone jack and runs on Android 9 Pie.
In terms of camera, Xiaomi has equipped the Mi A3 with a triple rear camera setup, which consists of a 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens. There’s also an 8MP secondary sensor with a 118-degree wide-angle f/1.79 lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front is a 32MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture lens. The handset is backed by a 4,030mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.and uses Type-C USB port.
