The launch of the Xiaomi Mi 5 may be a few hours away, but the phone has already been listed by an online retailer along with another version of device called the Mi 5 Plus that has a larger display. As per the retailer’s listing, the 16GB variant of the Xiaomi Mi 5 may be priced at $499.99, which is about Rs. 34,300, while the 64GB variant may be priced at $599.99, which is approximately Rs. 41,200. The Xiaomi Mi 5 Plus may be priced the same as the 64GB Mi 5.
Xiaomi has already confirmed that the Mi 5 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, and as per the listings, it will come with a 5.2-inch 2K display with a resolution of 2650 x 1440 pixels. The Mi 5 Plus is said to come with a 6-inch display with the same resolution. The phone may have 4GB of RAM with a 16MP camera at the back and an 8MP front camera. The Mi 5 is listed as having a 3600mAh battery, while the battery capacity of the Mi 5 Plus was not listed.
The retailer and Xiaomi Device, has since removed the price of the phones, but the phones and specifications are still listed on its webpage.
