The Xiaomi 15 is expected to come with a 6.36-inch 1.5K OLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate. It may get 3,200 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, the device may draw its power from the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It may come coupled with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It may be backed by a 5,240 mAh battery, 90W fast charging, and 50W wireless charging.

As for cameras, it may get a 50MP primary shooter with OIS, 50MP ultrawide, and 50MP telephoto lens. For selfies, the device may feature a 32MP front-facing camera.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra specs (Expected)
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra may come with a 6.73-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and the same peak brightness. The device will feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and can come coupled with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. It may get a bigger 6,000 mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 80W wireless charging.
In terms of optics, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra could get a 50MP (1-inch Sony LYT900, OIS), 50MP (IMX858 telephoto, 3x optical zoom), 200MP (Samsung ISOCELL HP9 periscope) and 50MP ultrawide lens.
