The rumours claim that the smartphone has got the 3C certification, which hints that the launch could happen soon. The smartphone has been spotted on the 3C certification website with the model number, 23127PN0CC.
MySmartPrice has spotted the smartphone on the certification website. Along with that, the publication also revealed that the Xiaomi 14 will feature 90-watt fast charging support and 5G connectivity.
In addition to that, the camera details of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra have also been tipped. Xiaomi 14 is expected to launch in China in November with three models; Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Pro, and Xiaomi 14 Ultra.

In the latest update, the Ultra variant is tipped to have a 1-inch Sony LYT900 primary sensor. A known tipster, DigitalChatStation has revealed this detail on X (formerly Twitter). The tipster also claimed this sensor is the optimised version of the sensor featured in Xiaomi 13 Pro, Xiaomi 12S Ulta, and Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
Furthermore, the tipster also mentioned three more 50-megapixel camera sensors with the main camera. These could be a 3x zoom lens, a 5x zoom lens, and an ultra-wide lens.

He also added that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra might be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The S8G3 is expected to launch globally next month. Last but not the least, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is also expected to be equipped with a 2K quad-curved display.
