For quite some time, there have been rumours about the Xiaomi 14 series. This series is expected to include three models: Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Pro, and Xiaomi 14 Ultra. Now, the standard Xiaomi 14 smartphone model has been spotted on Geekbench.
According to a report by Gizmochina, the Xiaomi 14 model has made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmarking platform’s database with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

Although the listing doesn’t specifically name the chipset, the revealed CPU and GPU configuration makes it clear that the Xiaomi 14 does in fact have the SD8G3 processor. This listing was first spotted by TheTechOutlook.

The Xiaomi 14 model that has been spotted in the Geekbench listing has 16 GB of RAM and operates on Android 14 OS. Also, it will have the new HyperOS UI on top.
According to the listing, the device scored 2,244 points in the single-core test and 6,820 points in the multi-core test of Geekbench 6.
Xiaomi 14 is expected to come in three variants: 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage, and 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage. Also, it might come in four colours: black, white, green and pink.
Recently, a leaked poster revealed that the upcoming Xiaomi 14 smartphone will likely feature a large square camera module housing three Leica-branded sensors. The setup is expected to have a 50MP OV50H main lens paired with a 50MP ultra-wide and a 50MP telephoto unit. Moreover, the Xiaomi 14 is expected to feature a 6.44-inch C8 OLED 12-bit display with a 1.5K resolution. It could offer a 120Hz refresh rate, 2,800 nits peak brightness, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ support.
