The Xiaomi 13 series will make its debut soon. However, the company has officially not announced any details, but according to a rumor, the Xiaomi 13 series could launch in China in mid-November. The 13 series will likely feature two phones in the lineup, the Xiaomi 13 and the Xiaomi 13 Pro.
Ahead of the official launch date, the image of the company's upcoming flagship smartphone has surfaced online. The leak revealed that the smartphone would have minor changes from its earlier models. The Xiaomi 13 Pro might be among the first smartphones to feature the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC chipset.
The smartphone features a new camera module design with a square shape and curved corners. It has a triple-camera setup with an LED flash. In addition, the 13 Pro could feature the 12S Ultra's 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor. However, details about the secondary and tertiary cameras are still unknown.
The leaked image shows the Silver colour variant of the 13 Pro. It also reveals that the rear panel will curve into the frame, and the phone has a centrally aligned hole-punch cutout and curved edges. Therefore, the phone may feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a 2K resolution. The power and volume buttons will likely be on the right edge.
Rumour suggests that the 13 Pro would come with 3GB of Virtual RAM support and 12GB RAM and a 3.0GHz processor. In addition, the phone will run on Android 13 and MIUI 14. The smartphone also carries 3C certification, which concludes the phone will support 120W fast charging.
