Xiaomi will likely launch its next-gen flagship smartphone Xiaomi 13 Pro before the November end. The company is yet to announce the official date for the launch. However, ahead of the release, we have already got a live image of the upcoming phone, spilling the expected specifications as well as the look of the phone. Now, a new report has shared its renders and some more specs. OnLeaks and Zoutons have partnered to release renders of the forthcoming flagship, showing the phone off from all sides.
According to the leaks, the Xiaomi 13 Pro could have 163.0 x 74.6, 8.8mm (11.8mm if you include the camera bump) dimensions. For the unintiated, these are also roughly the dimensions of the previous model Xiaomi 12 Pro, except that this new model is slightly thicker and slimmer than the 12S Ultra.
In addition, the report suggests the new Pro model would feature a smaller display than its predecessor, 6.65" from the previous 6.73", and the display could have curved sides with a central selfie camera placement and an under-display fingerprint reader.
According to the rumors, Xiaomi 13 Pro is set to launch on December 30 in the Chinese market and will be the first smartphone to feature the next-gen new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Meanwhile, Qualcomm will launch its next-gen chipset between November 14- November 17, and the company claims that the new chipset will be a game changer in the Android market from 2023.
Coming back to the phone, it will likely feature the same 1" IMX989 sensor as the 12S Ultra. On the camera front, the details suggested that it would pack a massive 50MP sensor, with Ultra wide and telephoto cameras (both 50MP). However, the sensor size and focal length still need to be discovered. The price for the model in India will be ₹66,800, which converts roughly to $815/€815.
