On the occasion of its fourth anniversary, iQOO has a special gift for its users. The company has introduced a special edition smartphone to mark the occasion. I am talking about the iQOO 12 Anniversary Edition. It has now been unveiled in the Indian marker as well. The iQOO 12 was first launched in December last year and came in two colourways: Legend and Alpha, and now we have a new red colour as well.

How is the iQOO 12 Anniversary Edition different?

To be very clear, there isn’t much difference in the iQOO 12 Anniversary Edition compared to its original version. The specifications remain the same. It is only the rear that’s different. This variant comes in Desert Red colour and this time, there is a texture on the back panel.

If you are looking to buy this smartphone, then you should know that it comes in two configurations: 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant which is priced at ₹52,999, and 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant which is priced at ₹57,999. Yes, the iQOO 12 Anniversary Edition doesn’t cost more than its standard variant.

iQOO 12 Specifications

The iQOO 12 sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which is coupled with Adreno GPU and a dedicated Q1 chipset. Further, the device runs on Android 14-based OriginOS 4.0. For cameras, you get a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 64MP 3x telephoto camera. There’s a 16MP front camera too. Lastly, you get a 5000mAh battery with 120-watt fast charging support.
