Vivo has launched the Y200 in India at a price of ₹21,999.

Vivo has just dropped its new Y series smartphone in India and it pretty much looks like Vivo’s V29, but with flat edges. This smartphone also features Vivo’s signature ‘Aura Light’ on the back. It will be launched in two colours: Desert Gold and Jungle Green. The smartphone has been rolled out in India under ₹25,000 segment.

I am comparing the Vivo Y200 with the Moto Edge 40 Neo, which also falls under the same segment.

Vivo Y200 vs Moto Edge 40 Neo: Display

The Vivo Y200 features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. The display has a support of up to 120Hz refresh rate.

On the other hand, the Moto Edge 40 Neo has a 6.55-inch P-OLED display that supports FHD+ resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 10-bit colours.

Vivo Y200 vs Moto Edge 40 Neo: Performance

The Vivo Y200 is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor, which is paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The smartphone runs on FuntouchOS 13, based on Android 13.

The Moto Edge 40 Neo is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7030 SoC that is paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. This smartphone runs on Google’s Android 13 OS.

Vivo Y200 vs Moto Edge 40 Neo: Camera

Vivo’s smartphone is packed with a dual camera setup on the back, holding a 64-megapixel camera with OIS support and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter. Apart from that, the smartphone also features an ‘Aura Light’ that has a 38-level colour adjustment.

The Moto Edge 40 Neo also has a dual camera setup that features a 50-megapixel OIS main camera and a 13-megapixel Ultrawide lens. On the front, it features a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.

Vivo has launched the Y200 in India at a price of ₹21,999. It is available for purchase on Vivo’s official website as well.
