Vivo has made the Vivo X30 and Vivo X30 Pro official in China. The duo is powered by the Samsung Exynos 980 SoC that was launched a couple of months ago. The phones come with a punch-hole display and an integrated 5G modem. Additionally, the two phones have a ‘Multi-Turbo 2.5' feature that automatically switches from 4G to 5G depending on the Wi-Fi speed. This helps ensure that the download speed is the fastest. The only difference between the two are the rear cameras. The Vivo X30 sports a triple rear camera setup, while the X30 Pro comes with a quad rear camera setup that includes an additional periscope-style camera.
Vivo X30 and Vivo X30 Pro feature a 6.44-inch full-HD + (1080×2400 pixels) Super AMOLED display. The phones are powered by the Exynos 980 octa-core SoC, paired with 8GB RAM. They run Funtouch OS 10 based on Android 9 Pie. As for the storage, they come in two variants, 128GB and 256GB.
On the optics front, Vivo X30 sports a triple rear camera setup: a 64-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 lens + an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture + a 32-megapixel third camera with f/2.0 aperture. Vivo X30 Pro has an additional 13-megapixel periscope camera with f/3.0 aperture, 5x optical zoom support and a native focal length of 135mm. On the front lies a 32MP selfie shooter.
Both Vivo X30 and X30 Pro packs a 4350mAh battery that supports 30W Flash Charge. The phones support Face Unlock and also have an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Vivo X30 is priced at CNY 3,298 (approx Rs 33,400) for the 8GB + 128GB model and CNY 3,598 (approx Rs 36,400) for the 8GB + 256GB storage model in China. On the other hand, the Vivo X30 Pro is priced at CNY 3,998 (approx Rs 40,500) for the 8GB + 128GB model and CNY 4,298 (approx Rs 43,500) for the 8GB + 256GB variant.
