Vivo X200 Ultra and X200 Mini may launch soon: Here’s what we know so far

Vivo X200 Ultra may feature up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and 2TB UFS 4.0 storage.
The device could include a Zeiss-engineered camera system with Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip.
The X200 Mini may expand globally soon, though specifications are still unknown.
After introducing the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro in India, the Chinese smartphone maker is reportedly planning to expand the X200 series lineup with the Vivo X200 Ultra and Vivo X200 Mini. According to reports, the company may introduce the Ultra variant in China first, followed by a global debut. It is worth noting that Vivo has not officially confirmed the development at this time, but reports indicate that the company is internally pushing for the release of these two models in response to the high demand for the Vivo X200 Pro in India.
According to the reports, the Vivo X200 Ultra will make its debut in China in April 2025, while the X200 Mini, which is currently available in China, could make its global debut. According to a BW BusinessWorld report, Vivo executives stated that the Vivo X200 Pro was completely sold out in India, prompting Vivo to request more units from its manufacturing facilities. Furthermore, the overwhelming response to the X200 Pro and X Fold 3 Pro has given the company confidence to compete in the ultra-premium segment, which is currently dominated by Samsung and Apple.
