Vivo has officially launched its X200 series in China, and now we are waiting for its arrival in India. As for the specifications, we can expect them to remain the same as its Chinese variants. In the last two months, we saw the launch of the most-awaited iPhone 16 series and Pixel 9 series, and now all eyes are on Chinese brands. Vivo is the first to roll out its next-gen flagship. The Vivo X200 series comes with three smartphones—the X200, X200 Pro, and a new model, the X200 Pro Mini, so no Ultra model this year. These smartphones are powered by MediaTek’s new flagship Dimensity 9400 chipset and this lineup brings several upgrades over the X100 series as well as a strong focus on AI features.

In this article, I will tell you all the details we know about the Vivo X200 series. Before we start with the specifications, let’s talk about the design first. These phones come with a flat display and boxy design. The camera module on the back is quite similar to what we saw in the X100 series.

Vivo X200 series expected specifications

The Vivo X200 Pro comes with a 50-megapixel LYT-818 main sensor, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 200-megapixel Zeiss APO telephoto camera. The vanilla Vivo X200 is equipped with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 main sensor, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens. Other than these, the X100 Pro Mini also includes a 50-megapixel LYT-818 main sensor, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope lens. All three models feature a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies.

For the display, the Vivo X200 has a 6.67-inch OLED screen, while the X200 Pro offers a larger 6.78-inch display. Both have 1.5K resolution support and a 120Hz refresh rate, with peak brightness reaching up to 4500 nits. The X200 Pro Mini comes with a 6.3-inch OLED display and the same 120Hz refresh rate.

All three models are powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage, and run on Vivo’s latest Origin OS 5, which introduces the Circle to Search feature.

The Vivo X200 has a 5,800mAh battery, the Pro version has a 6,000mAh capacity, and the X200 Pro Mini is equipped with a 5,700mAh battery. All models support 90-watt fast charging, and the Pro Mini adds 50-watt wireless charging support.
