Vivo is gearing up to launch its flagship Vivo X200 series worldwide. It is expected that the flagship smartphone series will soon launch globally and Malaysia is going to be one of the first countries to get it. Previously, we saw certification website listings that hinted towards an imminent launch in Malaysia. Now, Vivo has officially teased the X200 series launch in Malaysia. It might come out as soon as this month in the country. Both the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro were recently listed on Malaysia’s SIRIM certification platform, signaling their imminent debut.

When will the Vivo X200 come to India?

Even though Vivo has not officially shared anything in that regard we have learned that it will soon come to India. To add to that, the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro have also gained approval from regulatory bodies across India, Indonesia, and Europe. This means that these markets will also soon get the Vivo X200 series smartphones. As far as the India launch is concerned, last year Vivo launched the X100 series in January, but looking at the timeline this year, it can drop by December.

As we await more communication regarding the launch of the Vivo X200 in India, let’s take a look at the expected specifications.

Vivo X200 series expected specifications

The VivoX200 smartphones will go heavy on camera. The Vivo X200 can feature a triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 50-megapixel periscope lens with OIS. The X200 Pro, on the other hand, can carry a 200-megapixel periscope camera.

Vivo X200 can feature a 6.67-inch OLED micro-quad-curved display with a 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 4500 nits peak brightness. The X200 Pro can get a slightly larger 6.78-inch OLED LTPO screen. Both models can be powered by the Dimensity 9400 chipset with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The X200 can pack a 5,800mAh battery with 90W wired charging, while the X200 Pro includes a larger 6,000mAh battery with additional 30W wireless charging support.
