After the launch in China, Vivo will soon launch its flagship X200 series in India soon. Although the company has yet to confirm the arrival of the Vivo X200 series in India, an Amazon page has revealed that the Vivo X200 series will drop in India on December 12. The Amazon page reveals that Vivo only plans to launch the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro in India, but will skip the Mini variant which was launched in China. Some important specs were also hinted at and since the series has been launched in China, we do have an idea of what to expect. Let’s take a look at what we know so far.
Vivo X200 series expected specifications
As I mentioned earlier, the lineup will include the Vivo X200 Pro and X200 in India. Both of the models are expected to pack the Mediatek Dimensity 9400 chipset under the hood. Let’s start with the Vivo X200 first.
Vivo X200
The base variant is expected to come equipped with a 6.67-inch 10-bit OLED LTPS quad-curved display with HDR10+ support and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. For cameras, it can sport a triple camera with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel IMX882 telephoto lens, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera. On the battery front, we can get to see a 5,800mAh battery with 90W wired charging support.
Vivo X200 Pro
The Pro variant, on the other hand, will get a better LTPO panel with a 120Hz variable refresh rate and slimmer 1.63mm bezels. It is expected to be a really good camera phone and can feature a 200MP Zeiss APO telephoto sensor and Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, enabling advanced video capabilities like 4K HDR Cinematic Portraits and 10-bit Log video recording at 60fps. The Pro variant is powered by a 6,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging.
Expected Price
The Vivo X200 Pro is expected to be priced around Rs 90,000. Last year’s Vivo X100 Pro was priced at Rs 89,999. While the Vivo X200 can be priced at around Rs 70,000.
