For quite some time, there have been numerous rumours and leaks about the upcoming Vivo X100 series. This series is expected to include three models: Vivo X100, Vivo X100 Pro and Vivo X100 Pro Plus. Now, a tipster has revealed the camera specifications of the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro smartphone models.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the Vivo X100 smartphone’s rear camera setup is expected to have a Sony IMX920 as the primary camera, a Samsung JN1 lens for ultra-wide shots, and an OmniVision OV64B telephoto camera for 3x optical zoom, reports Gizmochina.

On the other hand, the X100 Pro model will likely feature the same ultra-wide lens and telephoto camera as the X100. However, the telephoto snapper might offer a 4.3x optical zoom. Also, this smartphone could equip the 1-inch IMX989 camera sensor as the primary snapper.

Both the X100 and X100 Pro models will likely come with a curved-edge OLED screen with 1.5K resolution support and a 120Hz refresh rate. Vivo might also launch another variant of the Vivo X100 featuring a flat display.
The Vivo X100 is expected to come packed with a 5,100mAh battery, whereas the Pro model will likely feature a 5,400mAh battery.
Moreover, both smartphone models are expected to support 120W wired charging, and the Pro model might also support 50W wireless charging.
Also, the X100 Pro smartphone model will likely come with the support for two-way satellite communication.
Shen Wei, the Global President of Vivo, had confirmed the launch timeline of Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro during an event earlier this year. He promised the launch to happen at the end of the year.
