iQOO launched the iQOO Neo 7 5G on February 16 with its starting price below ₹30,000. On the other hand, we have Vivo V27 Pro which is the top variant in the upcoming Vivo V27 series. Vivo has announced that it is launching the Vivo V27 series in India on March 1 and most details about the phone are under wraps except for the design. However, the rumour is that Vivo is rebranding the Vivo S16 series which was launched in China a while back. The specifications of the Vivo V27 series are expected to be the same as the Vivo S16 series. The Vivo V27 series could include three phones which are Vivo V27, Vivo V27 Pro and Vivo V27e.
Here are the top 5 key specifications of Vivo V27 Pro (expected) and iQOO Neo 7.
The design of the Vivo V27 series revealed by Vivo a few days ago was very similar to the Vivo S16 series. Vivo V27 Pro is going to have a LED ring light and a triple camera setup on the back just like Vivo S16 Pro in China had. The V27 Pro could also reportedly come with a curved display. It could come in Magic Blue and Noble Black colour options.
iQOO Neo 7 5G, meanwhile has a plastic body and glass in front. The phone weighs 193g. On the back, it features a big square camera island which holds a triple camera setup and flashlight. The phone comes with a punch-hole notch wherein the front camera is placed.
Vivo V27 Pro could feature a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080p and it will reportedly support a refresh rate of 120Hz.
On the other hand, iQOO Neo 7 comes with a 6.78 AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The display panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+.
The Vivo V27 Pro is expected to be powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 8700 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and two storage options; 128GB and 256GB. The phone is likely to feature Android 13 OS.
The iQOO Neo 7 5G is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 8200 chipset paired with 8GB RAM, 12GB RAM and 16GB RAM. It runs on Origin OS 3 based on Android 13.
The Vivo V27 Pro could feature a triple camera setup holding a Sony 50-megapixel IMX766 primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 2-megapixel macro sensor.
The iQOO Neo 7 also has a triple camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Sadly there is no ultrawide lens as most of the phones in this range are equipped with an ultrawide lens. The phone sports a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
Vivo V27 Pro is expected to have a 4,600mAh battery and support 66-watt fast charging. The iQOO Neo 7 has a 5000mAh battery with 120-watt fast charging support.
If we talk about the prices of both of the phones, then iQOO Neo 7 5G starts from ₹29,999 and Vivo V27 Pro is expected to launch at around the same price range. Although, since nothing’s official yet, please take the Vivo V27 series’ details with a grain of salt.
