Three Nokia devices with the code names TA-1004, TA-1012, TA-1052 with the same listing were spotted on GFXBench, while the TA-1052 separately popped up on AnTuTu. The listing on GFXBench calls the device the Nokia 9, which was said to be renamed to Nokia 8. In the listing the phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 platform, which is also what the Nokia 8 is tipped to come with. The listings also suggests that the phone might come with 5.3-inch QHD display which, again, is what the next Nokia flagship is tipped to come with. The company is expected to launch its flagship on August 16.
To recall, this is not the first time Nokia 9/Nokia 8 has been spotted online, and by now we have a fair idea of what to expect from the device. Previous reports have suggested that the phone will have 6GB and 8GB RAM variants, but the latest listings suggests 4GB of RAM. If the new listing is to be believed, we can expect a 2K display on the device with and 64GB of internal storage. The phone is also tipped to sports a dual-camera setup with two 13MP cameras at the rear. The device is also spotted running in Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
A previous report suggests that the phone may have ‘OZO’ audio enhancement, hinting that the phone might support spatial audio. The device might be priced at Rs. 44,999 in India, which may be cheaper than in the US or Europe, where it is tipped to cost $699 and EUR 749 respectively.
