As we’re inching closer to the launch of the OnePlus 11, we’re also hearing news about another OnePlus device that may be close to launch – the OnePlus Ace 2 (rebranded as the OnePlus 11R). It is not clear whether the device will launch with the OnePlus 11 on February 7, but it will certainly happen soon. The smartphone has already been spotted on the 3C certification website, where the fast charging details of the smartphone have been revealed. It’s also been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website.
According to the 3C certification website, the OnePlus 11R is likely to come with 100W fast charging support. It is also believed that the smartphone will come with a 5000mAh battery capacity and run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The variants intended for the Indian market will offer 8GB/ 12GB and 16GB RAM options. It is also believed that it will offer up to 512GB of storage. It may boot the Oxygen OS 13 on top of Android.
Additionally, the OnePlus 11R is believed to sport a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display that will have a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is believed to have a 50MP Sony IMX890 or Sony IMX766 main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. It may also have a 16MP front camera.
The launch timelines of the OnePlus Ace 2 (OnePlus 11R) have not been revealed yet.
