Sunstrike Telecom launches OPS 80D smartphone with 5-inch display, dual-core processor

Sunstrike Telecom announced the OPS 80D Android 4.2 smartphone and a large 5inch display screen.

Sunstrike Telecom expands its portfolio with the OPS 80D smartphone, which boasts of a 1.2 GHz processor, Android 4.2 and dual cameras. The price of the smartphone has not been revealed yet, but it is expected to be priced under 10K.

OptimaSmart’s OPS 80D smartphone has a 5.0 inch display screen and has a metallic body finish. It has a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) operating system. It supports Dual Band (GSM GSM) with dual standby. The smartphone offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity. It has integrated Proximity and G sensors. The OPS 80D smartphone features an 8MP rear camera and a 0.3MP front camera.

Other features included in the OPS 8D are an inbuilt Voice Recorder, 3G internal memory expandable upto 32GB via microSD card support. The device comes pre-loaded with popular apps like Google Search, GTalk, Skype, Multi Languages support, Facebook, Hindi khoj and Times of India.

Sunstrike Telecom had launched the Optima Smart OPS 80 and OPS 80Q budget phablets in October for Rs 6,999 and Rs 11,899 respectively. The Optima Smart OPS 80Q smartphone has a 5.0-inch IPS display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor and runs Android v4.2.1 Jelly Bean OS.

The Optima Smart OPS 80 smartphone has a 5.3-inch WVGA display, Android v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and has a 1GHz Cortex A9 processor. It has an 8.0 MP rear camera and a 1.3MP front camera.
